A pedestrian was seriously injured after being hit by a vehicle in Central Austin early Saturday morning.
According to @ATCEMS, it happened near the 5500 block of N. I-35 southbound, around 2:20 a.m.
One man, in his 30's, was taken to Dell Seton Medical Center with serious injuries, but they were not expected to be life-threatening.
