The Hays County Sheriff's Office said Alcaraz was last seen covered in blood in the 6800 block of Fitzhugh Road in Dripping Springs, Texas. Police believed due to Alcaraz's medical concerns, he was in grave or immediate danger at the time he went missing, according to HSCO.

Police said the investigation is ongoing and the cause of death is still unknown. However, no foul play is suspected, according to police.
