WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Texas -- The cave that opened up below a Williamson County neighborhood last month just keeps getting bigger.
The cavern was initially discovered Feb. 8 after a 20-foot hole opened up on Cambria Drive.

On March 6, crews discovered there is now a fifth chamber.
Although crews initially thought the chamber was an air pocket last week, the county told KVUE's Rebeca Trejo it is officially a chamber.
The new chamber is about 29 feet deep. Its ceiling is 20 feet and the chamber itself is about 9 feet.

Last week, they were drilling for core samples as part of their mitigation plan, the county said. Williamson County said those samples are being tested and the results are expected later this week or some time next week along with a structural report.
