One treated for smoke inhalation after NW Austin apartment fire

AUSTIN -- One person was treated Monday night after an apartment fire in northwest Austin.

The Austin Fire Department said the second alarm fire at 7201 Wood Hollow Drive was put out around 8 p.m. When crews arrived, heavy fire was coming through the roof.

Austin-Travis County EMS said a female patient estimated to be in her 60s was transported to Dell Seton Northwest Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
