A male, said to be in his 40s, was hospitalized with critical potentially life-threatening injuries after he crashed his vehicle into an Austin building, according to Austin-Travis County EMS.
Austin PD, Austin FD, and ATCEMS all responded to the scene, located near Wind River Road and Angus Road, on Tuesday evening where first responders found the man trapped inside the vehicle.
The man was extricated and transported to St David's Round Rock Medical Center, ATCEMS said.
The Austin FD said it was accessing the building for structural integrity, but had no serious concerns. AFD also said the occupants of the building were not injured.
